i have two boys, one 9 and the other 7. And im in a hurry for a new car. I want a car that is sporty, luxo, and stylish. My choices are the infiniti g35/ acura TL type-s/ Lexus Is350

because they are the ones who meet my standards. My wife wants me to get a lexus Rx350, but im 32 im still somewhat young and that lexus is for old dudes. Its very hard to choose a car when you have 2 boys and a job, and using your car every minute. Basicly i want a car that fits my lifestyle and my standards. But which one????

you'll want four doors with kids man.. no doubt. 10 times easier. unless your wife drives them.

Acura TL type S is already loaded - total package with Navigation - you don't have to negotiate for extra features - it's all there. It also has great safety features and ratings (Vehicle Stability Assist, Occupant position detection, etc) - the best in it's class - something to consider with your precious cargo. Acura, Lexis and BMW are the top 3 resell cars - G35 doesn't even come close. My choice - Acura.

The cars you mentioned are just fine for a family. The back seats are not huge, but certianly will provide enough room for your kids. Although you will probably be happy with any of the cars you've selected, i'll give my opinion, and the top choice isn't on you list.

The Acura TL is a near perfect car. It is very fast, very luxurious, handles like a dream, very well built and dependable, looks excellent, has 4 doors, has everything! This is one of my FWD dream cars. It in the past has been the fasest stock FWD car in production, it is somewhat rare and unique, and as plenty of room in the back for the kids and the trunk for storage. I don't see how you could go wrong with this car, but make sure you buy a 04 or newer because the previous models had a major transmission defect.

That being said, the G35 coupe looks a lot sportier, and the G35x model offers AWD which is very safe and convienent if you have snowy winters, but is not known for reliability, and the coupe would probably be impractical for your family.

The Lexus is350 is very sporty looking for a sedan, has lots of luxurious features, and is made by Toyota so will be just as reliable and have just as good of a resale value as the Acura(made by Honda). This would be a close 2nd in my book next to the TL-S.

If I wasn't considering two young children I may be tempted to forget about resale value and reliability rankings and get the G35 or G37 for the sheer thrill of the powerful sportscar like ride and sexy sleak styling.

Tough choice but go with either the Acura or Lexus, can't go wrong with either one.

I agree with the last poster, none of those cars are very suited for a family. The back seats are not roomy (especially on the IS350, I've been in the back and it's tiny), and the trunk space is minimal. Either get a family car or a fun car, don't compromise. If you do, nobody will end up happy.

you could try a hemi charger, lots of power, practical, and got a fair mouth of space in the back, cause they wont be 4' for ever, and nothing spoils a car ride like "DAAADD im cramped!"

my buddy has a tl, its fast but not practical by any means and tiny in the back

TL is your best bet with kids and all. roomiest out of the 3 and you can still have fun.
