I am planning to buy a a brand new bike ( honda cbr 150cc model 2009 ) that would cost me $4,000 or a car that cost the same with the bike, but it's 2nd hand... i guess, i am trying to figure out what's best for me...

Buy an older bike and get something bigger than 150cc. Like a 750
