it says right on the tire, cars and small trucks usually have a 13 inch tire requiring around 35 psi to 40 psi, a bigger truck should be about 45 to 55 psi i believe, check the tire first or call a service garage before you put air in if you are really concerned.

The tires have their cold (not been driven on recently) air pressure on the side of them.

Should I only follow the maximum tire pressure written on the sidewall of my tires?? or are there other recommended tire pressure for it?????

The maximum tire pressure is written on the sidewall of the tire. The PSI rates written on the tire are from the tire manufacturer. This is the maximum recommended pressure from the tire manufacturer. The recommended tire pressure is in your owners manual. If you don’t have one, 35lbs. is usually a pretty safe bet.
